name this front bumper/bar

so someone hit my car, and it may need a new front bumper/bar. im pretty sure this is an origin bodykit or whatever factory option it was at the time in 1999

but i just need to know exact details/serial number/make/model of this front bumper

Is a vertex front bumper. An old design, but should be available. It's not a factory option though!

thats what she looks like, after a massive snowstorm, some person rammed into it. i know the fender and hood is stock so i'm not asking questions about those. just incase the bumper is worse than i think, its nice to know what i have
