Modifying my S14

So i have a 1995 S14 running a almost stock SR20DET (Turbo-back Exhaust)

Im currently making my list of upgrades and parts i want to do.

End Game: I want to be making 350-400hp

My current list is
ECU
Turbo
FM Intercooler
1000cc Injectors and Fuel Rail
Fuel Pump
Pistons
Con Rods

I'm wanting some advice on the best way to reach the power output i want.

with my current list i am getting close to the max of my budget

Any suggestions and questions welcome

i have for sale hks ecu brand new in box model is 3.23 not the last version ( 3.24 ) one model back
if you want best ecu
i buy it some while ago is new in box i can send some pics if you like


-for pistons i suggest you for cp
-for rods if you have money to spend i will go for carillo if not for eagle is good for mone
-for 1000cc Injectors and Fuel Rail depend how much want to spend
-for Fuel Pump aeromotive is ggod one
-for turbo is good one 30/71
-for FM Intercooler depend how much want to spend
