What about bad air flow meter? Do you know anyone that can swap with yours to see if it runs any better?

Checked for boost or vac leaks? Most likely cause of lumpy idle and leak on boost causes overfueling which can ruin your fun. Normal places to check would be last things you changed, hoses, BOV or if you're really unlucky maybe the inter cooler itself.

It bogs down about 3500-4000rpm when accelerating and idle just seems crappy and lumpy

Have you tried disconnecting the O2 sensor bud? I had lumpy idle before when I unplugged it was fine . So got myself a new one

o2 doesn't do anything under acceleration. I bet you anything it's the MAF, disconnect it and see if the idle improves.
Sometimes they can be fixed by cleaning the hot wire, but be careful as they are very delicate.

I would think Air flow meter, try and find a good donor z32 one.

Does it it bog down under full throttle only or partial throttle too? Is it just a lack of power or a full missfire?

Is it worse when hot or the same regardless of wether the engine has warmed up or not? If it's better when cold it could be temp sensor. Lambda is a good suggestion too.

for what plugs cost I'd replace them just to be sure. I had a hairline crack in one of mine which caused similar issue, but on a quick inspection of the plugs I didn't spot it at first.
