Open Event: JAE 2011 - Wicksteed Park - 9th, 10th, 11th September

This event is a little way off yet, but its one of the best in my opinion and as the tickets are on sale Im going to start organising it now.

Booking is slightly different this year becasue if we get 10 cars we get one pitch for free (same space we had last year).

I was hoping we could get two pitches this year as we had more cars than space at one point last year, but due to the new booking arrangement Im going to hold out to see what the interest is like.

Advanced tickets this year are £25 for the full weekend including a free show guide (I will also ask for an additional £2 per booking for postage).

Its at the same venu of Wicksteed Park (NN15 6NJ) on the 9th, 10th and 11th of September this year, and has all the usual events happening that can be found on the website here

So if your up for JAE this year add your name to the list below and later in the year I will arrange payment details.

As with the other events I am organising I would like to take this opportunity to say that my personal view is that if you plan to attend an event as part of the club I would like to think you are a contributing member within the clubs community. This club is totally funded from these contributions and without them it would not exist. This is only my personal view and I will not stop anyone joining us who is not a contributing member, but its only £10 a year :thumbs:

I know this is a long way off but Im shocked there has not been more interest in this event?

The earlier people stick their names down the more chance we have to going, otherwise we run the risk of not getting in.

They have slightly change the booking this year so I cannot buy a pitch for next to nothing and just hope we get enough interest.

I think it would be well worth having a bit more space this year too. Maybe a pitch for the cars and one for the tents/BBQ's etc too.

Also as a heads up all money for this needs to be paid by Sunday 31st July to give me enough time to get the booking form off.

People always leave it until the last minute to ask for a place, then are gutted when we say it's full! I'm fairly sure Martin from LittleKnocks will come again in his GT-R but I'll confirm when I see him on Wednesday
