Help had to create a new account

I've had to create a new user as I cant seem to private message anyone or post anything with my normal account orb38.

Hi orb. I've checked your old account and it all seems ok. Says you were last active today on it? When did you start having problems? Have you tried a different computer etc?

Yeh tried my phone, home pc and work pc. I cant send private messages or post on a thread or create a new post.
