Headlights and tail lights are faulty, NEED HELP

My s15 is having some light issues which is a dangerous hazard at night, when i start the car up and hold brake the tail lights both light up, but when i turn my parking lights on the tail lights stay lite up, meaning im not holding on the brake but its still on, same thing when i switch it to normal lights. when driving at night with the headlights on my friend noticed that my tail light has been on the whole time and he could not tell if I was braking or not.. the only time I can brake on and off the tail lights is when the headlights are switched off. weird i know

any suggestions? cheers

Sounds like an earthing problem. There is a stack of them all over the car. Start in the engine bay first.

Have you done an HID conversion ?

Whats a HID conversion? all I know is my headlights are HID im the 3rd owner of this car and just bought it recently
