Headlight relay installation

Hey guys i've finally had enough of my battery dying from leaving my headlights on.
looking at installing a relay onto the headlights so its off accessories. But i'm also contemplating the idea of rewiring the headlight fuse to have accessory power instead of main power.

Had a quick look around the site and couldn't find anything relating. Has anyone done either of these ideas? i'm a sparky so i have knowledge about how to do it, just seeing if anyones attempted it before/run into problems before i have a crack.

I would just run an accessory wire to switch the headlight relay.

Or install a buzzer that reminds you they are on when you open the door

they have the standard buzzer but the problem is my turbo timer, so i'm not near the car when it turns off
