grinding noise at 3k

last few days i have been driving it, i have noticed at 3k i have a grinding noise, if its more or less than 3k the noise isn't there

can't see anything wrong, advise to start looking at??

where is the noise coming from?

Not too sure, sounds like turbo but I don't know how to check it?

Have someone rev it to 3k and hold, put something metal like a pry bar or long screwdriver on various points and stick your ear on the end of chosen listening device, closer you are to the cause the louder the noise! Or get a stethoscope but pretty unnecessary.
