got boost?..

i dunno if i have lol. I got these pics seconds ago from my dads friend down there of the s15.

This pic shows there seems to be no boost gauge? But it is the SpecR..

Ideas? I know there are 3x blitz gauges in the center bit cud he have relocated it in japan? Or is it just the angel you cant see it?
