Gear Knob question

hows it going
sorry for the weird question first of all.
DOes anyone know where i can get one of these shift knob spacers? I have only seen them on s15 and want one, im not sure if the lower part of the OEM s15 knob can be taken off and thats what they are using.

i dont think this spacer if from the oem s15 knob but where can i get one. It looks awesome!!!

should be able to get some sort of plastic spacer and make it look like the one in nobs car? and you should be able to rip that plastic bit off maybe try heating it up and twisting it?
