As some of you will know I've started getting into Bikes in recent years and finally got my full license at the end of last year.

Having sold my CBR125 last month, I put down a deposit on a Yamaha FZ6N two weeks ago and finally picked her up yesterday.

Had a 175 mile ride to get her home

And here she is...

Might not be to everyones taste but I think its a stunning bike, and a joy to ride

Nice mate. Looks very clean.
Ive always fancied getting a bike, just seems so expensive to get started.
From direct access test, safety gear and clothing, getting a nice bike, life insurance . . . . . . . sorry insurance etc etc etc
Great feeling riding a bike too, especially one with a bit of power.
Good luck mate

Love it mate, Looks super clean!

I did my bike test before i did my car test! Finished up on a cbr600rr it used to do 74 in first gear! Mental machines!
Still have a moped for commuting but on the look out for a well priced CCM R30 Supermoto at the moment! :)

Thanks for the comments guys.

Yeah it is expensive to setup and get the tests done but after that it's cheap as chips.

Going to cost me less than 400 a year to insure, tax and mot this bike!

Compare that with the Silvia and well I'd rather not think about it :)

I'll second the cheap to run bit! My lil ped does 7 weeks of commuting to £6.50ish! £16 quid a year tax and £80 to insure!

Just changed the brake pads for 18 quid and two new tires for a touch under 60! Plus you look a right dude pushing on at a max pace of 32 uphill and 44 downhill which is priceless! :p

That is why I have the car I do, as a replacement for the bike. :)
