You can't buy them anywhere, not even Nissan sell them. Probably because they don't have cambelts :p

Oh I'm still in my Honda days. I'm gonna give my car a big 60k service so anything that needs to be changed or looked at?

I think you want a chain rather than a belt ;)

Nissan will sell them, if you can wait a while use Perfect run and get one from Japan for about 1/3 of the price.

Only need changing at about 100,000 miles anyhow.

When I first got mine I did:

Oil
Oil Filter
Gear Box Oil
Diff Oil
Fuel Filter
Spark Plugs
Brake Fluid
Engine Coolant

Check brake pads/discs, tyres, suspension, lights.

Thats all I can think of right now

Do you think they really need changing soon after 100k miles dude? I've hit that number recently lol :D

Might also get this done at same time as having the cam cover painted plus rocker stoppers fitted etc...

The tensioner is a cheaper and far easier item to change. It'd probably take less than 10 minutes to do. I've never heard of one failing though.

I'm sure I've read some where to change them at 100k miles.

Possibly not worth doing, but if it was to go it's game over.

I've been looking into this, as my engine is in peices, I spoke to Jez @ Horsham and there is no need to change it whatsoever.

If you find your'e self doing a rebuild its worth a good inspection, but its solid metal and there is no real reason for it to wear as so to speak.
