Where would I be able to get oem brake discs?

Also, In the future thinking about getting the Ksport - 330mm front upgrade (or the R33 Brembo's), what would people recommend putting on the rears? Any direct replacements?

The setup from any skyline rears FTW. 295mm give or take a mm. Dont bother playing about with refurbing the old ones, plus they are tiny. Here is the page you want to look at to get all your options:

If you do the swap make sure you get all the bits including handbrake assembly and handbrake cables from the donor car.
