Boost Problem

hey lads just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this;
my boost is ideling at -5 on the standard gauge!!! and doesnt rise above .5 on the guage, and the dump valve doest actually make noise until the accelerator is released above 7000rpm!!! anyone have any ideas on this??
im guessin the dump vavle is as a result of the boost. just wondering could the gauge be wrecked or am i lookin at a leak somewhere or could it be somethin else?

Check the tubings connected to the boost sensor. High chance its split which is a common problem. If it is, just replace it and you will be smiling again. Cheers.
