Black Diamond Discs

Has anyone on here used Black Diamond Discs?

Just wanted some feedback about them good/bad.

Was thinking about getting a set of grooved ones for my new front R33 Brembo setup.

Along with some Mintex 1144/1155 pads.

I've heard stories of them cracking in the passed, though you may not get that with grooved ones as opposed to drilled or combi. I've had Tarox Sport Japan discs in the past (topical!) and found them pretty good

Yeh the drilled ones crack. But the grooved ones should be ok.

I've had a set on my s14 and put the on the s15. Very good, I didn't notice much fade during some extreme driving.

I had the grooved ones (not dilled).

Yeah I would not get drilled whatever make as Ive heard that it does weaken the disc.

I ran some all round and hated them tbh. Wouldnt buy again.

Im now running EBC Ultimate Disc's up front with Yellow stuff pads all round and EBC Blanks on the rear. And there amazing tbh!

why not ask dan at dbpower over on the sxoc, he can get slotted brembo discs for these at pretty good prices, plus theres a group buy running at the moment.....

I run the Yellow STuff pads on mine and I think theyre pretty good :thumbs:
