I have called them a few times, they either have the most useless receptionist I have ever met or they just arent interested in customers these days. Last time I called I got the phone put down on me when I asked for an email address. Seems to me that theres only 2 people that run the place, the receptionist and some other guy.

I have got the feeling once or twice before while dealing with them that they are a bit dojy. However could just be the way they run the business (or lack of shall we say).

Yeah the fact the website has been down for some time now does not look great.

I never got around to ringing them as the car I am buying has had japanese background checks already so there is no point now.

Would be interesting to hear from anyone who has spoken to them recently though to see whats going on.
