Basic tuning on S15

So I'm having a bunch of trouble with my engine, soon as I turn the boost to 0.7bar or more, the engine won't rev cleanly over 6000, splutters and has no power.

Now, I've logged it on datascan and it shows the MAF flat lining at 4.71v and injector duty going to 103%. I don't get it, I have stock ECU, MAF and injectors. I was led to believe it would take 0.9bar easy like that.

Supporting mod wise, I have the usual stuff, cone filter, FMIC, 3" turbo back, GTR pump.

What boost are you guys running without issues on stock setup?

Should easily take that dude. Mine is running 1.2 on stock injectors and maf not had any issues think duty cycle is mid to high 90's

Could it be the plugs failing causing a misfire at high rpm?

So basically its not flowing enough air or getting enough fuel?

go over the basics, air fuel & spark....... test fuel pressure, change your fuel filter, and just scrap the stock pump in favor of a walbro 255 or something easy to replace. check for air getting in after your afm, check your tps voltage, inspect your plugs condition.. are they heat 6 or 7?

Sorry to invade your thread mine is running 0.7 isn't that standard?

0.6 is standard iirc

I always thought 0.5 bar in second and first then .7 in every other gear with the stock solenoid

Just to follow up from this, the turbo blew yesterday. Definitely a major problem here.
