5 speed

hi.. theres a 5 speed sr20 gerbox on my s15.. with an s14 propshaft and a different diff from what should be..therefore my speedo isnt working.
if i get an s15 spec r diff with the sensors will i get a speed reading does anyone know?

Yes you will, s15s get their speedo reading from the diff ABS sensor, S13 and S14 from the gearbox. The only problem will be the final drive ratio because the S15 is a 6 speed normally, not the 5 speed.

6 SPD - 3.692
5 SPD - 3.916

UK S14 has a 3.692 same as the S15, only the S14 auto had a 3.9 TBH, I'm using a 4.068 final drive and the speedo is not that far out
