VCT Rattle, solutions?

MY S15 has developed the dredded VCT Rattle, was only quiet a few weeks ago, it's starting to get unbearable when poking my head in the engine bay when I just start it, normally taked 10-15 mins at idle to go away.. or 5 mins driving.. So I was woundering what I should do or what it could be...

s15 upgraded cams with VCT

Afternoon folks, got a quick question for you tech heads out there. looking for some experiences and/or recomendations for the cam shafts in my s15 (its a japanese import type R, just for information) current mods: decent exhaust (split dump, 3", few mufflers), the "free boost upgrade"...

part number for vct gear???

yes once again another vct problem just after a part number for the vct cam gear its self so i can replace it n get rid of the TDI sound lol any help would be greatfull
