S15 Spec R Thermostat Part Number
Ive been looking for the part number for the thermostat for my spec r to get a genuine item from nissan and cant seem to find it anywhere, when I usually go to my local nissan dealer they always have problems finding the parts on there system and keep me waiting for too long :no: Does anyone...- NICKO

Thermostat - best place to get one?
Hey, so i think i may need a new thermostat, although not 100% sure. But i've been told theyre cheap and a simple replacement job. So, where do you get one from? Your local nissan dealer? or is there a cheaper/more efficient place? Also, in the event of sounding stupid, where is the thermostat...- JaseYpk

WTB: thermostat housing outer.
SR20 thermostat housing, the one that the bottom hose clamps to, tube and the dome with three bolt holes. assuming they are the same on S15 and S14.. I need s15 one if not.- Fasthands

Same as S14?
MOT time, and I have a split track rod end, and lower ball joint, I'd also like to replace my thermostat - anyone know if these are the same as s14 units? Cheers!- Toby

Hi Guys, Does anybody know the part number for the thermostat housing for an s15? Also the gold heater tube connected between the block and thermostat housing (under the intake manifold)? Is there a website (nissan) where i can order the parts? Really need one badly, there seems to be coolant...- mys15

What sort of gasket do you put after you change the thermostat? Normal red exhaust paste won't work will it? Do I need some sort of silicon type?- silviac
