S15 6 Speed Gearbox Rebuild, Strengthen and Circlip Issue Thread.
Well the time had come where the clutch started slipping and needed replacing. So I thought I would replace it with an up rated clutch setup and look into getting the gearbox stripped down, checked out, send the gear set off to be Cryogenically treated to strengthen it and fix the circlip...- Nemesis Guy

Fuel guage & Rev counter not working!
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Since collecting my car from an importer who shall remain nameless :censored:, the rev counter and fuel gauge have never worked. Said Importer :censored: suggested that I sent the clock set back to the electronics place to get the whole lot re-mapped...- Silverstreak

Speedo & Rev Counter Needle Drops??
A couple of times recently my trip distance counter has reset itself to 0, just by chance on my way back from Flame & Thunder it did it again but I noticed that the speedo and rev counter needles dropped then came back again.It does not seem to do any damage or anything other than reset the...- S15RKM

Arse. That'll be the gearbox then...
Looks as thought the counter gear shaft bearing has probably gone in the gearbox :( This may well have be caused by the 'S15 6MT weakness' - the 3rd/4th counter gear circlip. Anyway, sounds like a bag of spanners in all but 5th and is quite difficult to select 1st and 3rd and sounds terrible...
